The lunchtime session will focus on two issues. First, Rabbi Menachem Bombach speaks about the issue of legitimacy within the Haredi population for these new initiatives to drive education and employment. Second, Yaron Neudorfer explores the financial instruments for investing in this field, specifically the innovative social impact bonds, that form a collaborative approach between government and funders. This initiative is spearheaded by Sir Ronald Cohen at Social Finance Israel.
